Bimbing provides a platform for thesis supervision management between students and lecturers. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
Our Service integrates with Google Calendar. By connecting your Google Calendar, you grant us permission to access and modify calendar events related to supervision appointments. You can disconnect this integration at any time from your settings.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use information as described in our Privacy Policy to provide and improve the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bimbing and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Service.
In no event shall Bimbing, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
